Hi, my name's Sam and I have an apartment for this summer and upcoming school year. Its two bedroom, one bathroom, the rent is $699 a month, and is only about 2 miles away from campus (but you would need a car to get there). It is also pet friendly, and has all new carpeting and cabinents in the kitchen. I'm an undergrad looking for either another undergrad/transfer/graduate student/I'm not picky at all. I'm extrmemly laid back and probably wouldn't be spending much time at the apartment. I also promise I'm a normal person...due to some social drama my plans for next year got a little messed up.
